How long does shipping take for sports equipment?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For oversized items like treadmills or weight benches, delivery may take 7-10 business days via our specialized freight partners.

What is your return policy on worn athletic apparel?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached; for hygiene reasons, worn or laundered apparel cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Are the products at Pristine Marketplace authentic?

Yes, we guarantee 100% authenticity. We partner directly with leading sports brands and authorized distributors to ensure every piece of equipment and apparel is genuine.

Do you offer international shipping for heavy gear?

We currently ship to over 50 countries. However, international shipping for heavy equipment (over 20kg) is subject to additional customs fees and specific carrier availability.

How can I track my order?
