At Pristine Marketplace, we are committed to your peak performance and offer a 30-day window to return or exchange any sports gear that doesn't meet your expectations. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pristine Marketplace account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused sporting equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
